husband was gone for a week and pupper was miserable without him now when ever he goes to the door to the garage pupper stands there with her nosed pressed against the door until he comes back in. So funny

This reminds me of when my setter was a youngster. My son came home for a month long visit (he had been deployed in Iraq) Shelby had never even seen him before but she fell in love with him. When he had to return to base she took to her bed and mourned for two solid weeks. I finally broke down and got another dog and that seemed to cheer her up. She still loves it when Dustin comes for a visit.

Husband leave for couple hours. Cloud would lay by back door till he came home. Napped by his chair. Cried to him for treats. BUT came to me to have her ears scratched!

My puppy is a momma's boy. DH gets his feelings hurt because the pooch is always worried about where is momma is LOL

Same here. I'll be in the shower and my pup is sitting by the door waiting for me to get out, while DH is on the couch watching tv. LOL
