    So much controversy about whether you should get it every year or every other year. With our insurance, I can't afford it this year. Know any place doing it for free? I always hear about it after the fact.

    not off hand, but there are places that do them for free. when i get back i will see what i can find out..back soon, have to get a "real" cup of coffee while i am out..

    just got home, took longer to get there than to have it done.

    and it didn't hurt at all. :)
