Hope your lip heals quickly....

And that, dear friends, is why an almighty and clever God gives babies to YOUNGER women.

I heard of one woman who had expensive treatments so she could have a baby at the age of 66!!!!!! I think she must have been out of her mind!

I adore my G. grand kids, but I'm thankful that they have parents who love and will raise them, God willing.

I'm sorry your lip is fluffy. Ice cream helps :-) So does a martini.[/quote]

Chocolate and a stiff drink, then a nap under your latest lap robe.

My DGS lives over three hundred miles away. For some that may not seem so far, but it might as well be 1,000 miles. I would take a fat lip from him any day! I have received several through the years from my own kids. I hope the swelling goes down quickly and that you get to spend some more time with him soon.

Been there. Our 3 yo did that to me this summer. My braces didn't help any either, lip really swelled.

OWWWeeee! While babysitting my toddler grandaughter, she thought it was hilarious to chuck toys at Grandma's face (and she's a good shot too!) I ended up having to preach with a black eye the next day.

Oh my, that had to hurt. I had a bruise from trying to put boots on DGD and she straighened up. I'm lucky she didn't break my nose.
