I do not care to cruise but my MIL & DFIL go on a 108 day cruise every single year and a short 2 week cruise yearly also. I think they love them. LOL They have cruised the World I cannot tell you how many times.

That sounds like a fun cruise!!!
Hopefully it had a lot less drinking and gambling going on than most cruises. I love MWS music. I have seen him in concert a couple times.

25 years ago I got to go on a cruise in the Mediterranean...Greece, Turkey, Greek Islands. Unbelievable!! That was when everything was still all formal...evening gowns, tuxes, assigned seating, etc. It was a total blast!!! Maybe I'll get to go on a "modern" cruise one day.

Great trip, but was working aboard, and it was a tiresome thing. We had a man have a heart attack outside US waters, so Capt. made it full out till we could get a Coastguard helo to land aboard to take him into US hospital. Exciting, but scary. Never will work another Cruise kitchen. Too much work

Did you hear on the news about a crew ship's engine caught on fire and they were stuck out at sea today. What a nightmare.

If you like all the formal, assigned seating, getting dressed up, etc, then try Cunard. They still adhere to the formalities, although you can also dine in the informal restuarant.daytime is very informal. Plenty to do, but plenty of lovely quiet spots if you so want this.

See there is a nightmare going on at sea now with the crew ship stuck at sea with engine problem. Just heard it on the tv. Not ever going on a cruise.

I love cruising.... Have been all over the Carribean. Just love it! Have gone with a group of friends and hubby & I have gone alone. It's best with friends. We want to do another one real soon.
