Yes - went with Princess Cruise Lines to Alaska. I would go again in a minute. Even my husband who didn't think he would like a cruise loved it.

Never been on one, but where I live I watch them going down Southampton Water when they leave. Today I was shopping in Ikea and in dock were the Queen Elizabeth, Independence of the Seas and one other I could not see the name. I love watching them glide down the river.

Guess my girlfriend and I will just have to leave our hubby's at home and go together. Hers won't go either!
I wanted to go on a cruise for our honeymoon, but DH was in the Navy and didn't want to get on another boat anytime soon! He won that one, but 5 years ago his parents bought passage for all their children and their families on a Disney cruise for their 45th wedding anniversary. He couldn't say no to that one! We left from Florida and it was just beautiful. The kids had the best time! I would love to go again. I think I would have more fun next time since our youngest was one week too young to go. He stayed with my mom and her sister in Daytona. I had to pump for four days. That was miserable.

Yes, in Alaska. It was for our 50th birthdays. It was incredible. Probably because our travel agent gave us an upgrade to a suite. We had a "man servant" that did our laundry, stocked our refrig. and left us treats each afternoon. I don't think we can ever do another cruise because we were spoiled by our first.

Royal Caribbean is the best!!! We did that same trip to the Western Caribbean, then went one of the Mediterranean cruises with RC. It was fabulous. My DH was in the Navy, too, finally talked him into a cruise. He enjoyed it, too.

I've been on about 6 cruises and like them but need a break from them for awhile.
But then I keep getting attracted to all the offerings and deals. I think I really like that you don't have to keep packing and unpacking.
