I am sure there is but the fabric will be much more expense as everything else is because it all has to be shipped to the island. I always wanted to go there on vacation but never made it. Have fun!

When I lived there I didn't sew and that's been many years ago. Check outside of Honolulu and Waikiki, it will be cheaper. They used to and might still have a big sway meet on the weekends in Pearl City. Have a great time. I'd move back in a heartbeat if my grandkids would let me. They told me I'd have to take them too.

*** Was there twice, but long years ago.
***
*** I know you could go the fabric district back then and buy shirts and dresses and they altered them right there.
***
*** They may have scrap bins there.

I visited a few shops when I went last January. I found their addresses on the Row by Row site. https://www.rowbyrowexperience.com/hi.htm
Have a great time!
