Oh, cripes, it's your right foot, too! Can you press the pedal without it or are you limited to hand quilting for awhile? :( :(

Surely, that ought to merit some time off of household chores!! And to be waited on, and babied a bit!! Tell everyone you will be busy in the quilt room...

lol, I didn't know it mattered on the foot pedal. I'm a lefty. Did you mean driving?

If you can drive your sewing machine with either foot you're my latest hero!! My speed control would be totally off! As for driving, I'd have to put out an ABP for everybody else to stay home! :lol: :lol: :lol: Glad you are a lefty!

OUCH!! My mother broke a toe one time years ago when she somehow hit her foot on the leg of our piano bench. Took it a long time to heal. Mother never was one for sandals, so she wore those old felt type house shoes that you used to find at the dime store for a long time. Hope yours heals quickly.

I broke my middle toe once. I kicked my sister in the rear because she was stealing my cookie dough! Talk about a tough a%% !!!

Yeah, I can use the sewing machine pedal AND the gas pedal. But walking and standing for any length of time is painful on that toe. Oh well, I'll just have to sew more, and exercise less! :thumbup: :mrgreen:
