    I bet it gets interesting at your house when they are practicing. Or is that something they only do at the gym. I have a lot of respect for the skill but do not know more about it than I see on T.V.. I know it is a grand accomplishment and congratulations to each of them.

    They take class 4 times a week so they mostly practice at the school. When it gets close to testing time they do practice some at home, mostly weapons and board breaks.

    Wow, four black belts in your family. Martial arts are so good for kids and adults. Teaches self control too. Congrats to all of them.
