    I'm going to DC next week and will be in the Down town DC aria and in Boston for a bit... is there any quilt shops I should make sure I get to?? Or any quilt shows going on?

    Not any quilt shops in downtown DC but you should probably make a trip to G Street Fabrics. They are FABULOUS!!!! And they carry lots of cottons and not the usual LQS stuff either. They have a website - http://gstreetfabrics.com/ - check them out.

    LOVE THEM!!!!!! I could stay in there for DAYS!
