    PQ, I just read about the tragedy that needed your emotional support. Just because you fell off the wagon doesn't mean that you have to stay off the wagon. It's not an all-or-nothing approach. You needed to be a friend in a stressful situation. Just get back on that wagon. You can do it. :!: :!: :!:

    Congrats on your desision. You can do it. I had to cut way back before I could quit. I was down to 5 when I quit. I admire those that can just quit. Two things I found out, I am more sensitive to the smell now and food taste incredibly good!!! LOL Lots of luck and good thoughts to you.
