Invisible Zipper?

I use to ONLY sew with invisible zipper. The company that makes the zippers usually have the feet also available. Mine are all sorts of bright colors that work with different DSM. Here is a u-tube video showing how to use your standard zipper foot when sewing an invisible zipper.

i remember using a pecial plastic foot for it.
I was at a big Bar mitzvah a few months ago, and the zipper was down the back and didn't match on the woman next to me. I was kind of shocked and found myself staring at it in awe. the dress was black and the tape was red with silver teeth.

For the past couple of years that's been a new trend, its called an exposed zipper. They do them alot on project runway, not one of my favorite looks. It makes me think someone made the dress and didn't have the right kind of zipper.
