How sweet! Ivy looks very comfy in her own special sewing room box. I have never seen a dog curl up in a box like that before. I keep an empty shoe box in my sewing room that I get out whenever I am cutting quilt fabric. My cat Moxy loves it and it keeps her off of my cutting mat while I am trying to work on quilts.

Ivy is adorable.
You might want to consider buying a little dog house that fits under the desk. Socrates has a big molded plastic dog house that holds all his toys, and fis under the desk. I was in Big Lots, and saw a couple that were smaller that would work real well. There are some that fold. Of course he has foam rubber under a soft quilt. He does very well at taking naps, and he stays close to his mom.. He doesn't sleep in it at night, as he is a bed buddy. He isn't giving up being close.

Cute pic. Like everyone else I never seen a dog do this. My cat also cuddles up in the smallest thing she can find. I wonder why they do this. I know they really love being with us but I think comfort would matter a bit.

Ivy's New Bed
Lest anyone thinks this dog is not spoiled, her bed is special. I made it from two pillows and pillowcases. She will soon have her own doggie quilt made from "Doggie Diaries" by Jeanne Coverdale for Block Party Studios, Inc.
