Default Looking for gathered fabric trim

Since this was given to me and I did not buy it, does anyone know what to call it or where I might look for it? It doesn't have to be this particular fabric. This looks to be a gathered polished cotton type double folded fabric with a chain look edging. Any help is appreciated.

I've seen it in the trim by the yard section in fabric stores. Not that particular pattern but lots of others.

Mill End sells this type notion in every conceiveable fabric.

Also a search brought these up..

A gathering foot and fabric works great too if you have the time.

Thank you for the help. I will be going to Fabric Depot in Portland on Friday so I'll see what they have. I never thought about trying to make it myself but sounds like it's do-able.

I just make a long tube and make my own with the gathering foot on my old Singer 15-91. That way, both edges are finished and it always turns out beautifully.
