Default Looking for small envelope style bag pattern

I received this bag many years ago and would like to make a couple but I cannot figure out how it goes together. It looks to be a square piece of fabric, this one was lined and it is folded and sewn together. There is the "envelope" on the front and on the back and the bag itself with a drawstring. I'm afraid if I take it apart, I'll never be able to figure out how to put it back together. Has anyone ever seen a pattern like this that I could buy?
Thanks everyone

I think I saw something like that online somewhere awhile ago but have no idea where. It sounds really cute so I hope someone can help you find it. Sorry I'm no help.

The quiltinggourmet.com has a tutorial on this. They are fun and easy to make.
