Love elephants?

Thanks for posting that. My husband even came over to see what I was watching!
Very very different I know, but I remember when I met my husband, but we hadn't gotten married yet, we went down to see the circus. Not unusual, right?
When Toledo still had the old venue where the circus performed when it came to town every year, it unloaded the animals off the train, about 3 miles from the venue, and paraded them down the street, right past the house where he grew up.
The elephants just walked down the street, people came out of their houses to watch, and the elementary school, which was on their path, let the kids out to enjoy the show.
To a country girl, this was a big deal!

WOW, wasn't there were some other animals that use to parade thru the hotel to get to the centerpiece fountain. Was it ducks?? Cute but they must be huge walking thru. I stumbled pass a herd of Buffalo one night on Catalina island and I was scared out of my wits end because they are so massive.

Yes, ducks. It was a hotel in the south. Not The Drake, ha! but can't remember the name or place.
