Default Lydia the Tattooed Lady

If you get the Missouri Star Quilt Company emails, you may have seen Jenny's amusing tale that accompanied today's Daily Deal, about her sister teaching their toddler niece to sing a bawdy song by Groucho Marx. I had to see if I could find a video of Groucho singing it. Voila: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n4zRe_wvJw8

Thanks for such an enjoyable link! Just what I needed this morning. Didn't Margaret O'Brien sing a little of that song in Meet Me in St Louis?

LOL! Lydia would not be considered a freak nowadays...just look at some of the tattoos the young folks have! I've seen more women with full body tattoos lately (they call it "ink" or "body art").

Thanks for starting my day off right. A bright ray of sunshine...* (that's as close to a sun icon I can find).

Forgot how much the Marx Brothers were - will have to start watching for their movies on tv again.

Thanks for a delightful moment!

I WAS DRUNK LAST NIGHT was the name of the song that Margaret O'Brien sang. For anyone who like Margaret O'Brien films of which I am one of many, my favorite it Our Vines Have Tender Grapes. Very, very , very good movie. Edward G. Robinson, Agnes Moorhead. I just saw Meet Me on TV a few weeks ago. I love the old movies - even Shirley TEmple. Edie
