I came across a yellow graphite #2 pencil somewhere a while ago and have been using it in my studio and office. I Love, love, love it! The conundrum....I can not locate the brand anywhere, with the exception of some mention of Canada, school supplies, and, perhaps, a bankruptcy/abandonment-of-business issue.

I think this is/was a Canadian company. Do any of our Canadian QB members know anything about these pencils: if they are still available, where to buy them, if they'd be willing to buy and send me some (at my expense of course)?

The #2 lead in these is just very appealing to me and I'd really love to have more of them.

Thank you so much for your consideration!

I have not seen them here in Eastern Canada but I will check our local stores.
Will let you know if I find any.

Jan I will check with my LQS Monday night when I go in they have a decent assortment of pencils.

I just checked my pencils they are graphite but I don't know if they are a #2 or not but they are Fon's and Porter ones I got when I first started quilting a couple of years ago.
