The first woman looks about 81 years old. Speaks volumes for healthy lifestyle. I would pick Lady #2 for her healthy looks. Just me.

Lady #1 has had substantial sun exposure, probably from her gardening, whereas lady #2 has not. Wear sunscreen.

I don't trust any "celebrities" that tell you how to keep young, etc. You know they have all had plastic surgery, not to mention professional makeup artists.
