Diets are off today. I joined WW two weeks ago and nutritionist has me on no sugar or flour for 3 weeks. Today I had chocolate buttercream icing cake from purblix for company breakfast, soup and pasta for lunch at Olive Garden and going to Italian for dinner.

I turned 50 today so I'm gonna eat everything I can find with flour and sugar. Gotta go Jessica just brought me a doughnut. LOL just kidding about the doughnut.

Thanks to everyone on QB and all the sewing machine knowledge I'm learning I felt much better when I realized I was vintage, not old.

Happy Birthday Vicki! It's a biggie so you deserve to ditch the diet today for sure!

I noticed too! Is it because this is the time of year we are putting our gardens away, the Holidays are coming up too quickly, and we tend to stock the freezers full of goodies we can use later when needed? Fall and Winter around here mean baking, canning, and freezing as much as possible to sustain us through the seasons because once Spring happens, we don't eat those foods or stay indoors as much. Man and animal have been doing this for eons. The more we share our favorite recipes, the less boring our meals and snacks become by snatching up the new ones. I copied plenty from here in the past week!

Can't look, Can't look, CAN'T LOOK - I have lost 30 pounds since the end of May and still have 10 to 15 to go. Can't backslide now!!!

I'm trying hard to resist! I lost 15 with 10 to go then ticked up a couple lbs over the weekend comforting myself with carbs. Bad girl :-(
