I think they're for perforating paper, like if you're doing a pattern or something that you want to be able to tear off easily.

They are for putting holes around the edge of a piece of fleece. You can then crochet a lace edging. I used to make these little blankets with a nail and hammer and this tool makes life much easier. You put them in your rotary cutter.

If you click on details it tells you what each one is used for. Just different edging on different kinds of fabric, letather, etc.

I use them to go around fleece, then I use yarn and do a blanket stitch.

They are called skip blades. You take your ruler and your skip blade that will fit on the 45mm rotary cutter, stay about a ½" inside the raw edge and place on the mat and roll. Makes minute/small holes to crochet an edge around the fleece. The holes are evenly spaced. We can take small remnants of 18" square, use the skip blade and crochet an edge around the fleece and the size is perfect for NICU preemies. You can do any size but a great way to use the remnants we find at Joann's for a song and a dance.
