Does anyone understand how to use the print screen on the key board? I am just not getting the technique no matter how hard I try. Can anyone explain how to do it? I must use this for my internet college course.

set the page to what you want to print. It will only print what is on your screen. Press Print Screen. Open a program like Microsoft Word and open a new page. Go to edit and paste or right click and select paste. The screen you just copied will be pasted and now you can print it.

I do the same thing only I use Microsoft Paint program. I hold down the Ctrl key and then press the print screen button. When I open Paint, I click on paste and it brings up the screen shot. I can edit it from there too.

Thanks so much for all your help!! I just did it!!! :-D :-D

Now I have to work on the editing part. For class I have to use the print screen and then save it in a file and attach it later to my mid term. So as long as I have saved it (all my changes) then I will be able to attach it later, right?

I agree, this board is amazing and that's why posting the question here was the first thought in my mind after struggling for the answer all morning.
I am a quilter first and after losing my job I have become a college student second. This is a new endeavor for me and I don't catch on as quick at my age, but it is so nice to know you can really ask anything here and get an answer. :-D
