Wonderful! I have never been in one of those small planes for fun. That looks just breathtaking!

They have a corn maze about an hour east of me. I haven't been but would have enjoyed it a few years ago. Yours is awesome, looks huge.

Many of my family share your passion for flying small planes. My stepdad had a small piper cub which is now my brothers. 5 siblings out of 11 are small plane pilots and so are 4 grands. One niece is a stewardess and she is married to a commercial pilot. Lots of flying time between them all. Dad flew until his dementia got so bad we worried he wouldn't come home so he only flew with a buddy leading the way! He was 92 when he sold his plane to my baby brother.

My DH has been flying for almost 30 yr.
We own a Aero Commander (similar to a Cessna) 4 seater.
When we first married (21 yr ago) I wanted to get a pilot's license just never got around to it. And now, although I still enjoy flying I'm content to just be a passenger.
We occasionally fly up to the Amana Colonies,

they have a grass landing strip (scared me to death first time we landed there!)
We visit the shops, buy some unique gifts, have lunch at one of their restaurants and fly home.
Great day outing!
