Fleece Throw - A Confidence-Builder :)
2 Attachment(s)
I hope I don't get kicked out of here for posting a non-quilt item...I am so new to doing ANYTHING crafty, I am terribly proud of this fleece blanket I did edging on for my boss...And I desperately want to share it :) It is not the usual way of doing these blankets. I discovered how to do it at the blog of a woman who lives in Nebraska - http://nebraskaviews.blogspot.com/20...et-edging.html
It's still a little bunched-up in places, but as you can see it is a nifty way of doing these. Now I have to get back at my quilted pillow covers. My machine is due back shortly from being serviced because the tension was having issues. The pillow covers are my first sewing or quilting attempt, so wish me luck. Thanks, |
It looks great! Warm and comfy.

Looks warm and cuddly! You did a great job for your first project. Too bad about the Lions, however, there's always next year (which is what I said last year)... ;-)

OMG! You might just have made it possible for me to get some of these made in time for Christmas and they look so finished off!!! This may not be a quilt, but it sure is a great fast way to get a warm little throw put together!! Hope you have a Merry Christmas and oh well, next year is another season for the Lions!
