Flowers sent and apology given on Easter Sunday
I ordered a plant for my sister who just lost her DH of 63 years. I received a call earlier this morning, on Easter no less, from the company. They said the florist who was to deliver it had a computer glitch so they are refunding my delivery charge and giving me a larger plant to make up for the delay.
It was a surprise to get a call on Easter Sunday from JustFlowers.com to correct a mistake. I've never used that company before but sure will use again. Now, if I only could go out on this beautiful day but still recovering from total knee replacement and housebound. |
