new member to the family

Well sort of... my son found this 4 week old kitten (1 pound) and the poor little guy was in bad shape so we took him to the vet. Dr drained 12 cc's of fluid from is lung, treated him for parasites gave him his shots etc..
We now have him at my house. He's 4 months old and a healthy spunky little 5 pound boy. His name is Rocko. Here's pics of before and now. |
OH he is so cute....the mouse in the box almost looks real!

he looks spoiled.. in the first pic it looks like he is looking up at you as if he is saying thank you for saving me... bless you ..have fun with him ...i know you will..rocko loves you...i can see that...:)

He is soooooo handsome. He is a lucky boy to have you as his family. He looks like he could have some "Bengal" in him. Glad that you gave him a good home & a chance for a happy life. God Bless. :thumbup:

Yes, he is definaltely a grandma's boy :D I told my son today that he can't have him back. He likes it here too much. My 3 older cats (almost 3 yrs old) are getting used to him. My son has 2 other kittens, not blood related to Rocko.

Found kitten

We found a kitten about the same age in our garage. He was about a pound, too. He was so skinny when we took him to the vets for shots, they ran him through with the needle! Here he is today. His name's Daniel Jackson (anyone else a Stargate fan?)
