Thought I would post a few pics of our hummingbirds. I enjoy watching them. They are really a very friendly and 'personable' bird.
If we stand still and hold out a hand they will light there!

We do get a variety of other birds...cardinals, jays, wrens, finches, pileated woodpeckers....but it can be rather costly feeding them!
I've told my husband to CUT BACK! you're feeding them too much!!
Judging by the last picture here...they are well fed!! LOL!

No, seriously though, we have 2 tom turkey that come up EVERY day and glean the ground under the bird feeder.
We just refer to them as "the boys".

What beautiful little birdies!! I never see them unless they're in motion!
Nice pics :)

They are so cute! The ones we have do not get along with each other. They won't sit on the same feeder at the same time like that. They chase each other off and sit on the power lines to wait their turn.

Beautiful photos!! They are hard to catch not in blurred form. Turkeys are easier.

Thanks for the photos...we STILL haven't gotten any hummers!

I love your birds. Even the big boys. Thanks for sharing them with us.

I don't feed my hummers, they like the trumpet vine more than nectar.
