It may work for some people but for me it was sensory overload.

Not me but few of my friends are there on Pinterest. I have heard lots of good reviews about it.

I think that viewing Pinterest as something that just eats up time is a mistake. Sure, if one just sits there looking at random pretty pictures all day, yes that is a waste of time. The same thing can AND has been said of this board. However, if it is used as a tool to help organize visual information then it can be helpful. Personally, the only time I log onto Pinterest is if I see something online that I want to save and go back to. I may look at others pins if something catches my eye and I do have a very few select people that I follow but it doesn't consume all of my day.
