Have gone for my morning coffee and find only hot water, forgot to put the coffee in the filter.

:) I've more than once almost melted the espresso machine, forgetting to add the water. :roll: :oops:

Years back when I was married I bought a coffee maker that allowed you to move carafe and pour coffee before the entire pot was finished.......went to kitchen one morning and husband was in there.....he had moved carafe from the coffee maker and was trying to see how he could get coffee directly from coffee maker into his cup. I said, why don't you just pour it from the carafe ? He never thought that was as funny as I did.

I think we're related.

Had to laugh just the other day.....

On my to do list is a kids quilt representing Months of the Year, so decided on April Showers for April...easy enough...an umbrella with ziz-zag stitches for raindrops, right?

This is what a did before brain engaged....it's only raining *under* the umbrella!!
