Tell us about a great book that you are reading! .....or have read. .... or have heard about and you want to read!

As much as we would like to, we can't quilt ALL the time. I love to read a LOT!

Share your book with us!

I'm currently reading "Devil in the White City", mostly because the movie is coming out. I like to read the book first - sometimes it helps when they have to cut the movie down to 1.5 hours.

I am reading "The Reliable Wife".

Edge of Evil by J. A. Jance. I buy most of my books at our semi-annual library book sale, 50 cents for hardbacks and 25 cents for paperbacks. I buy enough to last until the next book sale then take back the ones I have read and buy more. Cheap way to read. There is always a good selection. My only problem is that I sometimes buy one or two that I have already read and turned back in. Oh well, it is for a good cause.

I am reading "In the Company of Others" by Jan Karon. It is part of the Mitford series. About a Reverand and his quiet town, very enjoyable characters. I also just finished reading "Darkly Dreaming" the book that launched the Dexter series on HBO.

I just read, Against The Law, by Michael C. Eberhardt, it was very good. A Mystery.

Just finished The Noticer by Andy Andrews. It's a very thought provoking book.

Now I'm reading Indian Creek Chronicles by Pete Fromm. It's a story of a college kid who gets a job in Montana overseeing salmon eggs and spends the winter alone in the wilderness. So far, it's a fun read.

Next up will be The Story of Rachel Calof. It is the diary of a Russian Jewish mail order bride that came to North Dakota in 1894.

Just started You had me at Woof. It was a Christmas present and it is about how a Boston Terrier (which I have two)teaches a woman about love. Only about 20 pages into it.
