"Oh Holy Night" is my favorite. Christmas doesn't really start for me until I've heard it for the first time every year. My first year of college, one of the students sang it at our dorm Christmas party, the lyrics and her angelic voice gave me goosebumps! She died in a car accident shortly after we went back to classes after the new year. My intent isn't to sound morose, I really love Christmas, but I like to think she's part of the 'Heavenly Choir' now.

I still love it - sentimental memories ;-) I also love the Grinch theme....I know....I'm twisted! As for a "traditional" Christmas song, 'Do You Hear What I Hear?' wins out!

I'm so glad I'm not the only one who likes Gramma and the Grinch:thumbup:

Mary Did You Know is my favorite. I listen to it on You Tube by several different artists.

"Mary's Boy Child", "Merry Christmas, Darling", and "Mele Kalikemaka", the latter being "....Hawaii's way of saying "Merry Christmas to you!" Mele Kalikemaka was sung by Bing Crosby; it is a joyous, happy song!
