Wow! Congratulations. Pretty soon you'll be like the rest of us ol' retired folks who wonder how we ever had time to WORK!

Congratulations! I retired a few weeks ago: every day feels like Sunday and being on permanent vacation. I love pushing the " delete" button when e-mails from my former workplace come.( they still hope I 'll be back)

Default On my retirement

Thanks for all the encouragement. I have today and 1/2 day tomarrow. Will be leaving on Sat morning. I will get back to the board and let you all know how things went as soon as I get the internet back. Will probably have to go with satelite. Can't wait to get settled in as I have had my quilting packed up for the last 2 months. I am in withdrawl. Did spend money while I still had it to get more quilting stuff AND a couple of sewing machines. I now have 10. My husband found me a sewing box that was made in Norway and is all wood and in new condition. It opens up and has lots of drawers for stuff. Best part is he only paid $5 for it at the thrift shop.

One of the greatest pleasures of my retirement is............staying in bed when it's zero and snowing instead of getting ready to get to the job. May you have many new pleasures in Idaho.

Go Girl! Enjoy yourself! Since retirement, I have found I over commit myself to projects.
