Default reusing lining in men's ties

I am in the process of taking men's ties apart for different projects. I hate throwing away anything that I can re-purpose. Any one have any ideas on re using the lining in the ties? any ideas would be helpful.

Dog bed filling and stuffed animal filling? I know when I used ties, the linings were often a linen type fabric with a loose weave. Their irregular shape would make it difficult to square up.

Same as I would do. Add to fabric "itty bitties" and you have stuffing.

I save all of my scraps that are too small to make anything with as stuffing for pillows, dog beds or animal filling.

I use lots of "trash fabric" as foundation for blocks or strips, but I doubt if the tie lining would be suitable for even that. I guess the cat pillow idea is the best one. I've made quite a few pillows with fabric scraps inside, and found them to be really comfortable on the outdoor chairs and in the car. I've kept a few for myself.

You can use them for foundation blocks. All you have to do is zigzag them together & then cut your foundation blocks the size you want them. As you lay them out, lay the large end down first & lay a small end next to it & zigzag together. Continue this till you get them all sewed together & then cut your desired size of squares.
