I took a sewing machine in a cabinet to my grand daughter,Mercedes, today. She was so thrilled. She made room in her room for it.We get it set up, then she gets her dogbed & sets it next to the cabinet. Now Gizmo can watch.I got it at a yard sale for her.It pleased me she was so thrilled.

How fun can it be, the two of you exchanging patterns and ideas. A lovely gift granny (smile)

What fun!! I so hope my Sydney will keep showing interest, she is 8. She likes sewing the charms together, but has a short attention span. Her doll quilt was two squares wide, five squares long and she was "done".LOL
