Grand daughter's first 4-H sewing project

So proud of 10 year old Gretchen's ribbon at the county fair for her pillow case. I guided her but she did all the work. She loves to sew, makes everyone pillows

Congratulations to her! How proud you must be! I was in 4H when I was about her age, and got ribbons for baking.

Looks like she "makes the best, better". Having a grandma to guide her is so special...My 8 yo GD sewed this morning working on a pair of flannel sleep pants.
