Just to let you all know that just because we live in the desert its not a barren place. Where I live we grow plenty of oranges and lemons, along with cactus.
The warm weather has started everything to blooming.
The two lemons come from trees about 50 feet apart. The small puny lemon is from the neighbor's tree. The large one (actually we get some larger than grapefruit) is from my tree.
Enjoy - Carol

I have a Persian lemon tree and they get really big. I also have a tangelo tree, 2 peach trees and a loquat tree.
All of our trees are putting out new green leaves and my azaleas are a mass of color; now my Siberian iris are blooming. Yep! even in Florida I enjoy the 4 seasons.

How pretty. I love lemon trees, mine are full of buds right now. Their lemons are incredible and juicy like nothing in the store.

The desert is gorgeous when it blooms! My brother lives in Arizona.
