Woke up this morning & it's raining again. Huzzah! It's the type of day where it's hard to sit at work instead of at home with soup & hot tea, but I will take the rain either way.

Raining in Ohio today, just a gentle little rain that calls for sitting and sewing or reading.

At Our House in Milford outside Waxachie and the rain sounds in the middle of the night was wonderful except at first I though someone was running a shower.

We're in our 3rd or 4th day of rain here in central VA, and though I've so enjoyed the laziness it's created this week, today I'm sort of over it all. I've read 2 books, spent too many hours on the computer, napped alot, run the dehumidifier constantly, made homemade chicken tortilla soup and a big casserole dish of Apple Brown Betty with hard sauce, and stayed in lounging clothes til nothing else will probably fit.:-o

I'm ready for "doing" something!!:D
