I used google translate and came up with the following:
Sashing translated to Sashing
Binding---obligatorie
Baking----cuisson
I hope these are correct and it helps you. Have a blessed day!

I could be wrong, maybe instead of baking, she meant backing? Don't forget beforehand....

backing - n. soutien, aide; appui v. soutenir, supporter, appuyer, renforcer; parier, jouer; reculer, faire marche arrière, reculer

beforehand - adv. à l'avance; préalablement, au préalable adj. rapide, tôt; précipité, prématuré

in a french magazine called "Magic patch - les nouvelles bases du patchwork" that I have here is how they call it
sashing: bordure de block
binding: biais
baking (you probably mean backing...) doublure ou tissu de l'envers
hope this helps!
