It is very confusing. From what I can tell, the guy who is suing claims the judges have some kind of conflict of interest, and in some instances, these judges are recusing themselves from being involved in the case. Very confusing to me, and in my opinion, very sad that there aren't some serious consequences for this man who is doing all these legal actions.

Just reading that article made my stomach turn into knots. Having been part of a lawsuit before, it seems that you have no control whatsoever, no matter how innocent you are. If you have someone who is out for whatever they can get, you are at their mercy, especially if they have more money than you and a lot of time on their hands.
What confuses me however, is how could the scam artist guy prove that there was something wrong with the printer, if he didn't have it there to prove it? Where was his proof? It seemed it was his word against the other gentlemen. Sometimes I wonder about the sanity of the justice system.
