I have used WEN for probably six years. I buy it by the gallon - that is how much I like it. Yes, it is expensive, but it leaves my hair so manageable. I don't have to wash it every day like I did before using it. It also lets my color last longer. I agree with others, if a product isn't working for you, stop using it. As for me and WEN, I won't stop using it and I have nice thick hair.
