none! no food's allowed in my sewing room, or quilting room; if i was eating i'd be having to go wash my hands and i would n't be getting anything done.
i'm really just not a 'snacker' i eat breakfast in the morning, lunch at lunch time and dinner at dinner time; i may have something for dessert later after dinner, but i do not eat inbetween meals. if i find i am hungry 2 hours after a meal i go get a glass of water; once in awhile i have a cappacino, or an ice tea 1/2 way through the day but that's about my only extras

Big bottle of ice water, and chocolate in a drawer. I love halvah, and just recently discovered individual bars at my local grocery store, so that goes in the drawer, too. But I'm very strict with myself...the candy is only for when I'm stuck or frustrated or happy or thinking or reading or on the computer or can't sleep. 8-)

Water which I keep clear across the room so I have to get up and move once in awhile. I get so involved in my sewing that I don't think about food.

Me and food in the sewing area are a disaster waiting to happen. I keep them separate now.
