Has anyone here done the wii dancing? I did aerobics for too many years to count and it's too hot to walk, hate the tread machine and thought this would be fun and a change of pace. My body is growing out more and more and my clothes certainly are shrinking. So what do you think?

Hi and welcome to the board from Iowa. I started with WII dancing for kids and love it. I also do WII sports and exercise. It is a wonderful way to get up and move; go for it (smile).

I have the wii fit and thats alot of exercise. Its more fun when you have someone to do it with. Its lots of fun. Last summer, we took our wii and wii fit to my husbands cousins house and we had us all a wii fit party...omg we had so much fun...Amazing how hard doint a hula hoop is WITHOUT a real hula hoop!!!! There were 9 of us taking turns and we laughed and laughed as we all took turns doing all the different games. Boy were we all sore the next day as we used muscles we didn't know we all had.

It's good for a change of pace. You'll work up a sweat. Better than sitting on the couch doing nothing, at least.

haven't tried wii dancing -- but I have zumba for the wii -- it's fun
