Happy? yes - It allowed me to 'sleep in' a little - even the birds were quiet. Now I'm hoping the rain and overcast morning will be followed by cooler temperatures.

I have pickles to CAN and ironing and sewing to do! If it's raining I can't do anything outside. KWIM?

    How's your weather for today?

Is overcast here too. I love it too, because I don't feel obligated to be moving things. Is a much slower pace when is raining. Yesterday we had a huge storm and it rained real hard for about 20 minutes. I took Emmanuel out to play under the rain. He had a blast playing with the water.

It's suppose to rain and be 80. I wish I was at home instead of at work so I could get some things done. My machine is in the repair shop but am not letting that hold me down. Am cutting pieces and getting ready to roll when I get it back :)

Hot and humid here today. It's not to bad yet this morning, my windows are open, but I can tell I'll be closing them soon and turning on the AC. Devil heat!! I am a fall and winter person, through and through!
I would love to be sewing today, but my stuff is tucked away right now. We are replacing windows this weekend, and we had to move a bunch of stuff to clear room. Sad because I can't quilt!
