Backslider beginner
I have only been quilting for two years. I love it! So far have made a total of seven quilts for grandkids and my daughter. I want to make everything I see, but at 63 time is running out. I have a singer sewing machine, but I NEED a better one, just can't afford one right now. So, I plug along. I have taken some classes, but mostly just love to look at patterns on line for hours. I am new to this site. Live in Colorado and love it! Every skirt or shirt I see someone wear I think...that would make a GREAT quilt...

Welcome, I'm 63 also and fighting getting older with all I got and my sewing machine 
. I haven't made near as many quilts as everyone here, but I'm having a wonderful time and learning lots of things here on the board. Keep sewing and smiling and everyone will wonder what you're up too

And when you look at different photos, you start seeing them in quilts. You want to walk up to some people and ask "Can I have the shirt off your back?" Welcome to the forum! Wealth of information here. I'm 63 and time is not running out for me. You just got a second wind! Inhale!!!!!!!!!!!!!
