Hello and Welcome to the board :D:D:D

You could sandwich and quilt the panel as is, cut out the blocks and add sashing strips to them... it all depends on how you want your finished quilt to look :D:D:D

Welcome! I would start out like Amma said, nothing complicated, and just enjoy!

Welcome to the board, your fabric is beautiful, take a look around the board and you will get tons of ideas, I have only been quilting on a regular basis for about 5-7 years but in that time I have learned that there is no wrong idea.

Hi! Welcome to the board. You could look for the pattern called Attic Windows. That will put each picture in its own frame and will look beautiful.

That is just beautiful. If you don't want a big quilt you could just add a border or two and have yourself a beautiful quilt.
