Hi from Sunny San Diego

Thanks to everyone for their warm welcome! I've been offline for a couple weeks, my tendinitis kicked up and I've stayed away from the mouse a bit.
I miss living in the boonies of Southern Oregon, but really enjoy all that City life has to offer. I've not yet been to Rosies Calico Cupboard, but I have checked her website and watched a wonderful video from Rosie herself about the quilts they make for donation. I plant to head down there soon as I have a bit of $ to spend... and look into volunteering on the sewing/cutting team.

San Diego has grown quite a bit since I moved here in 83. I'm sure it was far less crowded back then!
