I'm a newcomer from Aledo, TX. New to quilting, too. I just finished my first quilt top and had sooooo much fun doing it, I had to get online and find out more about the hobby. I've really enjoyed reading through the posts. I'm 53, so it is about time I started following my family tradition of quilting. I understand now why my mom and grandmother enjoyed it so much!

Welcome abord the site from another beginner. I have only been quilting for ten months. This site if fabulous. You will find wonderful people here willing to help you as much as they can. They help with questions, ideas and sometimes just an ear to listen. Hope you enjoy this site as much as I do. Once again Welcome.
