Hi, I'm quite a bit north of you in Sherman. Do you belong to a quilt guild or sewing group? Or have time to do that? I have a granddaughter who lives in Aledo. Well, one of the subdivisions. Also, I have an online friend who lives in the same subdivision and who is a quilter. I enjoyed your story about you mother's quilt. And I think your decision to let go of it is an excellent one. We all need to create new memories for ourselves and our families. Good luck and have fun with your quilting journey.

Just got a reply from the quilter in Aledo. She is one of your customers. Her son is in the band. Said she did not know you are a quilter too because you do not have any quilts displayed in the shop. Said she would be sure to mention quilting next time she is in the store.
