Have been following this site for over a year and just now getting around to joining the fun. Wanted to introduce myself and have you peek at my latest project, a complete redo of my sewing room. It's been fun and have lots more to do to being "really" organized enough to put my hand on all my toys.

Cutting table with fabric storage drawers under the skirt. Love my shelving too.

Bookcase of fabric (1 yd or more) nice and neatly folded on plastic canvas panels. So much better use of my space. It's like shopping!

Sewing table made from 2 2 drawer filing cabinets with hollowcore door on top. All table tops are topped with masonite material that is called "Thrifty White" and can be used as dry erase boards. Handy for quick notes.

I like your sewing room, I use our guest bedroom as a sewing room, plan to reorganize it and have my husband redo the closet for me to completely put all wire shelving in it.

Love your spacious sewing area. You've really got it organized. I'm in the process of reorganizing mine too - long overdue, but when it's all done it will be easy to keep it organized. Thanks for sharing and welcome to the board.

I'm so lucky to have a DH who is willing to make my dreams come true, even if he needs a little encouraging once in awhile. LOL

This was our oldest son's room and it has two nice closets (which are full of my stuff now). The younger son's room is DH's office and is set to be redone soon. We put vinyl floor down and now I can roll my chair from one place to another.

Isn't it nice when they move out? Welcome from Florida. Your room is so nicely neat...can't say mine stays that nice. And, not even remotely organized as your room. Very nice.
