Hi,
I found this site yesterday; I spent way too much time perusing all the topics and such this morning. As a matter of fact, I had to stop around noon today so I could get to my quilt shop, The Back Door, to see what Santa had leftover at 50% off. I now have a wonderful stash of fabrics-enough for 4 Christmas quilts. I have only made a few smaller quilts and generally send them out to be quilted. I just finished a quilt for Quilts for Kids and have another one ready to start on my cutting table.
I teach sixth grade here in Indiana and will be going back to school next week. I plan on getting several kits planned out so I can quilt for one hour each night-that's the plan. I am going to try to stick to it! Wish me luck. Reading all of your friendly and encouraging posts energized me! Thanks so much. I look forward to sharing with you all.

Good luck with your quilting schedule. I teach music,1-5 here in Indiana. After a day of teaching it's a lot easier to put up my feet and read about quilting on my lap top than to sit and do it at my machine.
