I am new to this, but I am making a quilt for our youngest son, James for his birthday. I am cutting the blocks to size right now and will try to start sewing together in the next day or so

I agree to that, even if I am new to quilting. I have embroidery machines and make lots of blocks for quilts with the embroidery. I made a lap throw with farm animals and farm machinery, etc for my mother for Christmas. She is 91 and she loved it
